Certain Services may be unavailable in particular countries, regions, or jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to restrict or discontinue access to any Service based on legal, regulatory, compliance, operational, or commercial considerations.

• payment services;
• travel-related services;

The availability of any feature may depend on your country, eligibility, verification status, device, blockchain network, third-party provider, or applicable regulation.
Xerovan may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet
Where Xerovan provides a non-custodial wallet, you remain responsible for and retain control over your wallet and digital assets.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Xerovan does not:
• take custody of your digital assets;
• hold your private keys on your behalf;
• have independent authority to transfer assets from your wallet; or
• guarantee recovery of your wallet if you lose access to your credentials or recovery methods.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, device, credentials, authentication methods, recovery information, and any other information used to access your wallet.
You should never share sensitive wallet credentials, private keys, passwords, or recovery information with any person.
Xerovan personnel will never ask you to disclose your private key or recovery phrase.
4. Blockchain Transactions
Digital asset transactions conducted through blockchain networks may be irreversible.
Once a transaction has been submitted to and confirmed by a blockchain network, Xerovan may not be able to cancel, reverse, amend, or recover that transaction.
You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming a transaction, including:
• recipient wallet address;
• digital asset;

5. Supported Digital Assets and Networks
Xerovan may support selected digital assets and blockchain networks.
Support for a particular asset or network may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
The fact that an asset is supported by Xerovan does not constitute:
• an endorsement of that asset;
• investment advice;
• a representation regarding its legality;
• a guarantee of its value, liquidity, security, or performance; or
• a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use that asset.
You are responsible for understanding the risks associated with any digital asset or blockchain network you use.
6. Digital Asset Swaps
Xerovan may enable users to access digital asset swap functionality.
Swap services may be provided directly or through third-party liquidity providers, decentralized protocols, exchanges, aggregators, or other service providers.
Exchange rates, liquidity, network fees, slippage, service fees, and execution prices may change between the time a transaction is initiated and the time it is executed.
Xerovan does not guarantee:
• any particular exchange rate;
• continuous liquidity;
• transaction execution;
• transaction speed; or
• availability of any particular swap pair.
You are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before confirming a swap.
