Jay Yoon is an entrepreneur who has run cross-border businesses between Singapore, Dubai and Georgia. Paying and getting paid by customers and partners in different countries, he ran into slow transfers, repeated exchange costs and payment limits that change by country, and started Xerovan to solve them with stablecoins.
